A dark blue field with a narrow red border on all sides, featuring an almond-shaped seal in the center depicting a coconut palm tree, a sailing canoe (proa), a river, and the word 'GUAM' in red letters.
The shape of the seal represents a Chamorro sling stone, a traditional weapon used by the indigenous people of Guam.
