The Serbian flag is a horizontal tricolour of red, blue, and white with the coat of arms displayed toward the hoist side. The coat of arms features a white double-headed eagle and a red shield with a Serbian cross (four Cyrillic 'S' letters). The Pan-Slavic colors are arranged in the reverse order of the Russian flag.
The four Cyrillic S-symbols on Serbia's coat of arms stand for the national motto 'Only Unity Saves the Serbs.'
