Designed by Cameron Whimsy in 2014, this flag features green, light green, white, grey, and black stripes. Green was deliberately chosen because it is the opposite of red on the colour wheel, and red is universally associated with romantic love.
Green being the opposite of red (romantic love) on the colour wheel is the central design concept — a visual statement that aromantic experiences are equally valid.
